MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. beef bouillon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Hot cooked noodles

Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well, shape into 1 inch meatballs and brown over medium heat in large skillet. Remove meatballs and drain on paper towels. Add onions and mushrooms to pan drippings, cook until onions are tender. Add flour, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Add meatballs and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream, stirring well. Cook over low heat just until heated thoroughly. Serve over noodles. Yield: 6 servings.
