STROGANOFF MEATBALLS 
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs (soft)
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground venison
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground ginger

In large bowl, beat eggs with milk. blend in bread crumbs, salt, ginger, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce. Add ground meats, mix and make into balls. Drop in hot oil in large skillet. Brown. Add to stroganoff mixture.
