POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix soup, cream and milk; stir into chicken. Put in greased casserole. Mix crumbs, melted butter and poppy seeds; spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
