“BUTTER DUMPLINGS” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM

BUTTER DUMPLINGS 
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoons salt
6 tablespoons flour

Beat the butter until creamy. Beat in eggs (one at a time), salt and flour.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into boiling soup and simmer, covered for 10-15 minutes.

Sometimes I add a 1/2 tablespoon of dry mustard.
