LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. basil (dried)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (14 oz. V-8 juice)
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
6 sticks Muellers lasagne noodles
2 eggs
3 c. (24 oz.) cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown meat in microwave. Break up into small pieces. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles until tender. Drain. Rinse. Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients except Mozzarella. Layer 3 cooked lasagne noodles in 13"x9" baking dish. Spread with 1/2 of cottage cheese filling. Sprinkle on 1/2 of shredded Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or assemble early and refrigerate. Bake 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. May be frozen before baking. Serves 8 to 10.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
