ONE DISH MEAL 
1/2 to 1 lb. lean ground meat
12 oz. lean bacon, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 c. cooked soybeans OR Northern White beans, drained
1 c. catsup OR chili sauce
1/4 c. honey OR brown sugar
1 tbsp. liquid smoke (optional)
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash red and black pepper

Brown ground beef in skillet (or cook in microwave). Drain off fat; place beef in slow cooker. Brown bacon pieces; remove to paper towel. Drain fat from skillet; lightly brown onions and green pepper. Add bacon, onions and peppers to slow cooker, stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on low for 4-6 hours or bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours. Yield: 12 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
