ORANGE ROMAINE SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce, washed
2 oranges, sectioned
Few rings of purple onion

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. vinegar
Pinch of dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Tear romaine into bite-sized pieces. Section oranges. Toss romaine, orange sections and onion. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad, tossing well. Chill in refrigerator for several hours to blend flavors. This is a colorful salad that goes well with any meal.
