WILD RICE AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion
2 lbs. ground beef
1 box long grain & wild rice
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Saute onion in butter. Brown ground beef. Cook rice as directed on box. Mix all with soups, mushrooms, milk and salts. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Put in refrigerator overnight for better flavor, or bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Refrigeration is optional.
