CRUSHED POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 2 c. grated American cheese 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. dried onions 1/2 c. melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup Mix above ingredients and pour into 9"x13" pan. Melt 1/2 cup butter and add 2 cups crushed corn flakes to top of the casserole. Bake 45 or 60 minutes at 350 degrees. |
