1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
3 eggs, separated

Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks to sweet potatoes. Then add sugar mixture. Cook in unbaked pie shell until set. Add meringue and brown lightly.
