FETTUCINI 
12 oz. fettucini, cooked (white or green)
1 stick butter
1 c. milk or cream
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. butter
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Prepare fettucini according to package. Rinse and drain. While fettucini is cooking prepare sauce. Place stick of butter, milk and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese in a skillet and heat slowly over low heat until warm. Do not boil. Stir in fettucini. Toss fettucini. Garnish with 3 tablespoon butter and Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt to taste. Serves 4 to 6.
