ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
4 c. English peas
1/2 onion, diced
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 eggs, boiled and diced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Bring peas to a boil. Drain and add eggs, onions, soy sauce, mix well and chill for 30 minutes in covered dish. Add salt, mayonnaise, sugar, cheese and celery. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir lightly before serving.
