FRUIT AND CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 (15 oz.) can tidbit pineapple, drained well
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained well
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. fresh red grapes, halved
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 c. Weight Watchers whipped dressing (or brand you prefer)

Mix all but chow mein noodles and chill. Add noodles just before serving, or omit noodles and serve on bread or buns. Tastes wonderful and it's healthy.
