1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. butter, melted
3 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Grease 9 x 13 pan Sprinkle coconut and nuts on pan. Mix cake mix, water, oil and eggs and pour over coconut and nuts. Mix butter, sugar and cream cheese until smooth and pour on top of cake mixture to 1 inch of sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
