LAYERED CHOCOLATE PUDDING SURPRISE | |
1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 stick butter 1 cup flour 2 Tbsps. sugar Mash the above ingredients and press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside and cool. Second Layer: 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened Mix together the above ingredients and spread on top of cooled first layer. Third Layer: 1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding 2 1/2 cups milk Mix chocolate pudding and milk together and spread on top of second layer. Chill. Fourth Layer: Cool Whip and chopped pecans. Spread Cool Whip over top of other layers and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Chill. Best when made a day ahead of time and allowed to chill overnight. |
