VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. bag carrots, broccoli & cauliflower 1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese 1 can cream of celery soup 1/4 lb. butter 1/4 lb. bread crumbs Cook vegetables following directions on package. Drain. Add cheese and soup. Mix well. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan or 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with melted butter and crumbs which have been mixed together. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
