DONUT MUFFINS 
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream oil, sugar, egg with mixer. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk by mixer. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes in greased muffin tins. Immediately remove from pan. Roll in melted butter. Then in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
