CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 lb. butter
Poppy seeds

Boil slightly salted chicken with a carrot or piece of celery, 20 minutes. Bone chicken and cut into chunks. Mix chicken, sour cream, soup and small amount of broth. Pat in 8x13 inch shallow baking dish. Brown cracker crumbs in butter and spread over mixture. Sprinkle over with poppy seeds. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
