SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (1 lb.) pkg. breakfast sausage
1 egg

Defrost bread dough about 2 hours. It needn't rise, only be manageable. Grease a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut up sausage in small bits, fry and drain well.

Stretch the dough about the size of the cookie sheet. Place sausage on the dough. Add the egg to the cheese; mix with fork. Add this mixture on the bread dough. Fold the bread dough over (the long way) and pinch the dough together. Place the loaf on the cookie sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees (until nicely browned).
