1 c. self rising meal
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 can cream style corn

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients and beat well. Pour into a well greased iron skillet and bake for 30 minutes.
