MILLIE'S GREEN CHILE CORN BREAD 
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 can cream style corn
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix well. Grease a square pan and pour in half of the batter. Sprinkle on top:

1 sm. can diced green chilies
3/4 c. longhorn cheese, shredded

Pour on the rest of the batter and top with an additional 1/4 cup longhorn cheese (shredded). Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
