SPANISH STYLE CORN BREAD 
2 hot peppers, finely chopped
3 eggs
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 can creamed corn
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Chopped onion if desired

Combine dry ingredients. Add all other ingredients except cheese. Pour half of batter into hot greased cast iron skillet. Sprinkle on half of cheese. Pour other half of batter and sprinkle cheese on top. Cook 30 to 45 minutes 450 degrees.
