HAM LOAF 
2 eggs
2 1/2 lbs. lightly smoked ground ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
4 slices bread, crumbled

Beat eggs and add to meat mixture. Add crumbled bread and mix thoroughly with hands. Shape into 2 loaves and place in glass baking dish. Press several indentations on top of each loaf so that basting liquid will stay on top. Mix together 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1/4 cup vinegar. Pour 1/2 liquid over loaves and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. When loaves are halfway through cooking time, baste with remaining liquid.
