SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE 
Beat and SOFT scramble 18 eggs and 1 cup Half and Half in 3 tablespoons butter.

dd:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (3 oz.) jars sliced, drained mushrooms
12 oz. sharp shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to and dash basil

Bake in buttered casserole dish 45 minutes at 250 degrees; sprinkle top with paprika and parsley flakes; will keep several hours in warm oven.
