CHICKEN HOT DISH | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. half & half 2 c. chow mein noodles 1 c. slightly cooked celery, 5 minutes 2 c. cooked, diced chicken 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts 1 med. onion, chopped 1 sm. can pimentos Mix all ingredients together adding the chow mein noodles last and mix gently, but thoroughly. Place in large casserole. Top with 1/2 cup bread crumbs, which have been browned in 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until bubbly. |
