CHICKEN HOT DISH 
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. diced celery
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 c. diced cooked chicken

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add remaining ingredients except for noodles. Pour into a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with 1 cup chow mine noodles over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
