WESTMINSTER CHICKEN HOT DISH 
Sm. box MJB long grain rice
2 cooked chicken breasts, diced (about 2 1/2 c.)
1 c. celery, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise

TOPPING:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream

Prepare rice according to directions on box. Combine rest of ingredients. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan 50 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with topping. Serves 10-12.
