MINT DAZZLER 
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
6 sqs. chocolate
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mini-marshmallows
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. crushed peppermint candy canes

Blend wafers (crushed) and melted butter and press into bottom of 7 x 11 inch pan. Cream powdered sugar and butter. Add eggs and squares of chocolate (melted). Beat until light and fluffy.

Spoon over crumb crust. Fold marshmallows into whipped cream and spread over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
