CHOCOLATE CREAMS 
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. whipping cream or Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter

Mix all ingredients with a beater and add flavoring such as maple and nuts or coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Dry in refrigerator overnight.

COATING: 2 squares chocolate, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons butter and a square (2") of paraffin wax. Melt all of the ingredients together in a double boiler and dip candy into coating.
