ORANGE-WATER CHESTNUT SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced thin

Drain oranges and measure juice, adding enough water to make 1 1/2 cups. Heat to boiling and stir in Jello until it dissolves. Cool in refrigerator until gelatin begins to thicken and add oranges and water chestnuts. Chill in a mold until firm. Serves 6.
