AUNT MAE'S PEPPER JELLY 
3 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. hot red pepper, chopped
12 c. sugar or 5 lbs. and 1 c.
2 boxes Certo
3 c. apple cider vinegar

Put apple cider vinegar and sugar in pan and stir. Add peppers, bring to a rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes. Add Certo (massage Certo in package in case of lumps). Stir and boil for 1 minute. Set off heat for 5 minutes. Skim off the foam. Heat jars and lids and seal. Delicious with cream cheese and crackers.
