2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped bananas
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs, beaten

Sift together first 5 ingredients. Add rest of ingredients. Just stir to mix. Do not beat.

Bake in greased tube pan at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes.

Can add cup nuts last, if desired.
