HOT BACON DRESSING 
1 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
1 1/2 tsp. fat from bacon

Combine flour, sugar and salt. Mix well with part of water. Heat vinegar and remaining water. Add flour mixture. Fry bacon and drain, reserving a small amount of bacon fat. Add bacon and bacon fat to mixture and cook to desired consistency.
