EASY CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese, eggs and sugar. Add almond extract. Beat very thoroughly until smooth and thick and yellow colored. Pour into well buttered glass pie plate (9 inch). Bake for 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool for 20 minutes. While pie is cooling, beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla together. Pour over cooled cheese cake and bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
