WELSH BROWNSTONE FRUIT CAKE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Hersheys cocoa
1 stick butter or 1/4 lb. butter (soft)
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda

CREAM PART:

1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa

Bring to rolling boil in pan on top of stove, stirring constantly.

CAKE PART:

1 stick butter or 1/4 lb. of butter (soft)
2/3 c. sugar

Cream this in large mixing bowl. Add to the creamed butter and sugar, 2 eggs, 2 cups of flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and blend together. Then combine the cream part and the cake part and mix together. Add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda (dissolved in boiling water) and 1/4 cup of flour; blend until smooth.

Pour into greased 9x11 cake pan and bake at 300 degrees until done or about 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before icing.
