CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix pecans, melted butter and flour together, well. Spread in bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F. Cool. Beat until smooth, powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 Tablespoons milk. Spread over cooled crust. Beat until smooth pudding and 3 cups milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with cool whip. Refrigerate and serve cold.
