SPAGHETTI BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. green pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 c. sharp cheese

Combine beef, onion, green pepper, stir and cook until lightly brown. Add soups, water, tomato sauce, salt, garlic. Heat. Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to directions and drain. Blend 1/2 cup cheese in spaghetti. Spoon in meat mixture. Turn into greased 13 x 9 inch casserole and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or hot in the center.
