ONION RINGS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. beer
Onions

Combine flour and beer in large bowl, mix with wire whisk. Let sit at room temperature for 3 hours. Cut onions 1/4 inch thick and separate. Fry a few pieces at a time. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and put brown bag on cookie sheet. Place fried onion rings on cookie sheet to keep warm.
