7 LAYER CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can corn (16 oz.)
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 c. water

Layer: Rice, corn, onion, green pepper, ground beef, tomato soup and water in 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake for an additional 1/2 hour.
