WILD HUCKLEBERRY DUMP CAKE 
Goes great with ice cream!

1 (5 cups / 1.5 lb.) bag wild blue huckleberries (frozen or thawed)
2 cups sliced apples or peaches
1 (18 oz.) box yellow cake mix
1 cup (2 sticks) butter

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together huckleberries and apples in a bowl and place into a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly. Pour the box of yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit. Melt butter and pour evenly over the cake mix.

Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour. Let cool and enjoy!
