1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
Salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
Buttermilk

Use enough buttermilk to mix. Dip by teaspoon in hot grease. Fry until brown. To bake, add 2 tablespoons oil and bake in hot oven.
