ONE DISH PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 pork chops
6 med. potatoes
1 lb. carrots
2 med. onions

Brown pork chops in a skillet, cut potatoes and carrots in pieces, cut onions in half. In a 9 x 13 inch pan place potatoes, carrots and onions - top with the browned pork chops. Add a little water in skillet to make drippings. Pour over pork chops. Add salt and pepper to taste, cover. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
