ONE-DISH PORK CHOP DINNER 
2 c. rice
2 c. orange juice
2 c. water
8 pork chops
Non-stick spray (Pam)
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. basil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 inch baking pan with Pam. Sprinkle 2 cups uncooked rice in pan. Lay raw pork chops on top of rice. Mix water and juice and pour evenly over pan. Sprinkle garlic and basil over chops. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
