AUNT FANNY'S BAKED SQUASH 
3 lb. yellow summer squash
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. cracker meal
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Wash and cut squash. Boil until tender, drain thoroughly, then mash. Add all ingredients except 1/2 of butter to squash. Melt remaining butter. Pour mixture in baking dish, then sprinkle with cracker meal and melted butter over top. Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 1 hour or until brown on top.
