ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 handful frozen peas
2 pkgs. Oriental noodle soup (beef or chicken)
1 c. salted dry roasted sunflower seeds
1 c. sliced almonds
2 green scallions
5 to 6 c. chopped cabbage (small head 3 lbs.)

DRESSING:

3/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. rice wine vinegar
2 pkgs. of the noodle seasoning

Mix all together. For best results, refrigerate overnight.
