CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
2 sq. chocolate (2 oz.)
2 c. white sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1/4 stick butter

Combine ingredients except butter. Cook in heavy saucepan, stirring constantly, until a rolling boil. Set timer and cook exactly 3 minutes, continuing to stir. Remove from heat and place pan in cold water in sink for 10 or 15 minutes, having added butter. Beat until it changes color and thickens. If too stiff, add very small amount of liquid. If more frosting is needed, make recipe again.
