MIXED VEGETABLES CASSEROLE 
3 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mushroom soup

Mix above ingredients. Mix 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers and 1 stick melted butter. Use for bottom and top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
