MISSISSIPPI MUD 
1 1/2 c. graham wafer crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Mix above ingredients and press into pan, bake for 10 minutes. Cool.

Beat 8 oz. package of cream cheese with 1/2 of a large container of Cool Whip and 1/2 cup icing sugar. Spread this mixture on wafer crust.

Beat 2 packages of instant chocolate pudding mixed with 2 cups milk. Cool in refrigerator.

Spread pudding on cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate chocolate on top. Use a 9x12 pan. Freezes well. You can use real whipping cream for top or whipping cream you buy, the kind you whip, not the aerosol can.
