PORK CHOW MEIN 
2 lbs. lean ground pork
1 c. raw rice
2 c. boiling water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

Brown ground pork, add onions, and drain off any fat. Put rice and boiling water and all other ingredients in a medium casserole and mix. Add ground pork and onions, mix and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with chow mein noodles.
