PECAN LOG 
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. evaporated milk

Cream together and shape into one inch roll. Roll in and pat around it 1/2 cup pecans coarsely chopped, 1/2 cup coconut, 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons melted butter, and 2 tablespoons molasses.

Finish rolling in 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate and slice.
